Vanessa Serrano

Determined, hardworking, creative, mother, wife, passionate about animals, and love for God are some of the few words that define Vanessa Serrano. Born in Puerto Rico to a Cuban mother, Vanessa moved to Central Florida with her family at the age of 16. Living in Orlando for more than 25 years, Vanessa is very familiar with the area and the new upcoming developments.

Vanessa has more than 20 years of experience in real estate in the Central Florida Area. She started her career as a Sales Manager for the Latin American market for a Dutch company specializing in short term and vacation rentals in the Disney area. She also received a promotion as a Director of Sales and Marketing for the International market for one of the biggest vacation rental companies in the Kissimmee area giving her the opportunity to travel to more than 30 countries around the world.

With the desire to help and educate international buyers, Vanessa first established VS International Properties LLC & VS International Rental Properties in 2011, offering tailored real estate services to her international clients.

What drove Vanessa to opening a real estate brokerage firm was the desire to help her clients make their dreams come true by allowing their experience in either buying a second home here in Florida or investing in an income producing property as stress free and easy as possible.
